Remarks :

An entitled shareholder shall not renounce his/her entitlements to the Rights Issue of 5,668,000 new Shares ("Rights Shares") together with 5,668,000 free detachable warrants at an issue price of RM1.00 per Share on the basis of one (1) Rights Share with one (1) free detachable warrant for every four (4) existing Shares held in Jetson ("Rights Issue of Shares with Warrants") and Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants separately. Thus, the entitled shareholder must subscribe for his/her entitlements of Rights Shares and ICULS in total. The underwriting agreement for the abovementioned Rights Issue of ICULS with Warrants has been entered into on 25 September 2002.

The Abridged Prospectus in relation to the Rights Issue will be despatched to the entitled shareholders of Kumpulan Jetson Berhad not later than five (5) market days after the Entitlement Date.
