The Warrants-D will be credited into the shareholders central depository system account and a notice of allotment for the Warrants-D will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per MHBs Record of Depositors prior to the listing of and quotation for the Warrants-D. Entitled Shareholders are not required to take any action. The Warrants-D will be quoted within two (2) market days after the submission of the application for quotation of the Warrants-D to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
