Holders of the Warrants-C ("Warrants-C Holders') who wish to be entitled to the Bonus Issue should exercise their rights to subscribe for new MHB Shares by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the subscription monies with MHBs share registrar (at the address stated above) on or before 5.00 p.m. on 7 August 2015. This is to enable the new MHB Shares arising from such exercise to be allotted to the respective Warrants-C Holders such that their names will appear in the Record of Depositors of MHB on 19 August 2015.
Warrants-C Holders who do not exercise their Warrants-C on or before 5.00 p.m. on 7 August 2015 and whose names appear in the Record of Depositors for Warrants-C Holders on the Entitlement Date would be entitled to the Adjustments.A notification to the Warrants-C Holders setting out the details of such Adjustments will be despatched to the Warrants-C Holders within 21 days of such Adjustments being made.
