Unless otherwise stated, all definitions used in this announcement shall carry the same meaning as those defined in the announcements dated 13 October 2017 in relation to the Rights Issue. We refer to the announcements dated 13 October 2017, 12 December 2017, 23 January 2018, 25 January 2018, 26 January 2018 and 12 February 2018 in relation to the Rights Issue. Following the Rights Issue, the exercise price of the MHB Warrants D will be adjusted from RM1.09 to RM0.94 (indicative) each in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll. The Additional MHB Warrants D consequential to the Rights Issue will be allotted and issued in accordance with the provisions of the Deed Poll to the entitled MHB Warrant D holders whose names appear in the Record of Depositor as at 5.00 p.m. on Monday, 26 March 2018. The final adjusted exercise price of MHB Warrants D and the final number of Additional MHB Warrants D to be issued and allotted will depend on the number of outstanding MHB Warrants D which have yet to be exercised as at the Entitlement Date and shall be listed and quoted simultaneously with the Rights Shares, Bonus Shares and Warrants E on 24 April 2018. The notice to MHB Warrant D holders setting out the details of the Adjustments and the notice of allotment of the Additional Warrants D will be dispatched in due course. Holders of MHB Warrants D who wish to be entitled to the Rights Issue should exercise their MHB Warrants D by lodging their duly completed exercise forms together with the subscription monies with the share registrar on or before 5:00 p.m. on 14 March 2018 for their names to appear on the Record of Depositors at 5:00 p.m. on the Entitlement Date.
