| In accordance with the Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the date of the listing of and quotation for the Bonus Shares will be on 10 July 2007, being the next market day after the book closing date. The Registrar of WCT will issue and despatch notices of allotment to the entitled shareholders by 16 July 2007. Bonus Shares will be allotted cum dividend and irredeemable convertible preference shares of WCT ("ICPS"). Please refer to the Notice of Book Closure for the ICPS announced on 25 June 2007 for further details. This announcement is dated 25 June 2007. |
