| The final number of Warrants D to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of WCT Berhad on 10 December 2012. The Warrants D will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors prior to the listing and quotation of the Warrants D. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. The Warrants D will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad concurrently with the bonus shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares by WCT Berhad.
