| The final number of Bonus Shares to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares would depend on the issued and paid-up share capital of WCT Berhad on 10 December 2012. The Bonus Shares will be credited into the entitled shareholders' central depository system account and a notice of allotment will be issued and despatched to the entitled shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors prior to the listing and quotation of the Bonus Shares. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action. The Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad concurrently with the new warrants to be issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Warrants by WCT Berhad.
