| The above Quarterly Report was prepared on a proforma basis based on the audited financial statements of Mexter Technology Berhad ("Mexter" or "Company"), and its subsidiary/associate companies, namely Mexter (M) Sdn Bhd ("MMSB"), Mexter MSC Sdn Bhd ("Mexter MSC"), Mexter (S) Pte Ltd ("MSPL"), CIE Automation (M) Sdn Bhd ("CIE"), DC Power (M) Sdn Bhd ("DC Power") and Advantech Control (M) Sdn Bhd ("AKL") ("Proforma Group") for the financial year ended 31 December 2004. This is based on the assumption that the Proforma Group had been in existence throughout the period under review. There are no comparative results as the Proforma Group was only constituted on 31 January 2005. |
