| For the financial year ending 30 September 2011, the Directors have announced the distribution of share dividend on the basis of 13 treasury shares for every 1,000 ordinary shares of RM0.50 each held, fractions of a treasury share to be disregarded ("Share Dividend"). The entitlement date for the Share Dividend is 8 March 2011. The Share Dividend will be credited into the Depositors' Securities Accounts on 22 March 2011. |
