Remarks :
1) Techfast Holdings Berhad completed the acquisition of its only operating subsidiary, Techfast Manufacturing Sdn. Bhd. on 30 March 2005. The comparative figures for the period ended 30 September 2005 includes negative goodwill credited to Income Statement of RM2,267,000 and pre-acquisition profit of RM1,220,000 which covers net profit for the period from 1 January 2005 to 30 March 2005.

2) The basic earnings of 4.98 sen per share for the preceding year corresponding period ended 30 September 2005 is calculated based on weighted average number of 94,601,000 ordinary shares.
