The actual date of the completion of acquisitions of YGLC and YGLM is on 31 May 2005. |

| Ygl completed the acquisitions of YGLC and YGLM on 31 March 2005. The above proforma results of the Ygl Group incorporated the results of YGLC and YGLM, to show the effects of the acquisitions of YGLC and YGLM as if the acquisitions of these companies had been implemented and completed on 1 January 2005. Notes:- * Ygl will be listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 13 July 2005 and as such, no corresponding figures of year 2004 have been included. ** Earnings per share is calculated based on proforma profit after taxation and minority interest, divided by the number of shares of RM0.10 each assumed to be in issue after the acquisitions of YGLC and YGLM (assuming the acquisitions were completed on 1 January 2005). The actual date of the completion of acquisitions of YGLC and YGLM is on 31 May 2005. |
