| Further to the quarterly report on the consolidated results for the financial period ended 31 October 2013 of Key West Global Telecommunications Berhad (“Keywest” or the “Company”) made on 16 December 2013 under the reference number CC-131216-48CED (“Announcement”), the Company wishes to announce the amendments to the Announcement. The last paragraph of Note A16 of the Announcement, which currently reads: “Notwithstanding that STL has not settled the sum of RM1,500,000 as set out above, Keywest has on 9 December 2013 delivered the duly executed instruments of transfer in respect of KCI Shares to STL and thus completing the Proposed Disposal.” will be removed and should now read as: “Keywest has on 9 December 2013 delivered the duly executed instruments of transfer in respect of KCI Shares to STL and the Company will deliver the remaining document(s), as required under the Letter of Agreement, to STL in order to complete the Proposed Disposal”. All other information remains unchanged. The amended Announcement in its entirety is hereby attached. This announcement is dated 17 December 2013. |
