The Board of Directors (Board) of XingHe Holdings Berhad (Company) wishes to advise that the quarterly report for the financial period ended 31 December 2019 include certain transactions relating to an associate of the Company, Henan XingHe Oil and Fat Company Limited (Henan XingHe), in respect of which the underlying documentation has not been made available to the Board. This is due to the fact that Neihuang County, Anyang City, Peoples Republic of China where Henan XingHes premises is located is under quarantine lock-down due to the Covid-19 virus and Henan XingHes management do not have access to the premises for the said documents. |
