| On 26 March 2008, the Company had announced the change of financial year end from 31 December to 30 September and thus the current financial period would run from 1 January 2008 to 30 September 2008 covering a period of nine (9) months. The next audited financial statements shall be for a period of 12 months from 1 October 2008 to 30 September 2009, and thereafter, the financial year end of Extol shall be 30 September of each subsequent year. |
