No comparative figures for the preceding corresponding period as this is the first interim financial report announced by the Company in conjunction with the listing of the Company on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad.
The basic earnings per share is calculated based on net profit divided by weighted average ordinary shares at a par value of RM0.10 each.
The Net Assets per Share is calculated based on net assets divided by 57,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each.
