Remarks :

No interim report was prepared for the corresponding preceding quarter ended 30 September 2005 as TechnoDex Bhd was listed on the MESDAQ Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 23 August 2006.
The earnings per share has been calculated based on the profit after taxation divided by the weighted average number of ordinary shares.
The Net Assets per Share is calculated based on net assets divided by :
i) 80,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in respect of the Current Quarter ended 30 September 2006.
ii) 57,000,000 ordinary shares of RM0.10 each in respect of the Preceding Financial Year ended 30 June 2006.
