| 1. The Company has changed its financial year end from 31 December to 30 April. Announcement on the change of financial year end has been made to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad on 21 December 2012. (2) The financial period ended 30 April 2013 made up of 16 months’ results from 1 January 2012 to 30 April 2013. As such, no comparative figures are presented for Statements of Comprehensive Income as there are no comparable interim periods (current and year-to-date) of the immediately preceding financial year. Comparative figures for the same financial year ended / ending 31 April will be available for interim financial reports for the financial year ending 30 April 2015. |
