| The proforma consolidated financial statements are prepared based on the consolidated results of TFP Solutions Berhad ("TFP Solutions"), its subsidiary companies and its associated company ("TFP Group" or "Group") for the financial year ended 31 December 2007 and is to be read in conjunction with the Prospectus dated 5 February 2008. TFP Solutions completed the acquisitions of its subsidiary companies and associated company on 28 November 2007 and property on 19 December 2007. The proforma consolidated financial statements assume the acquisitions were completed on 1 January 2007 and the Group was in existence since then. No comparable figures are available for the preceding period/year as this is the first quarterly report to Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. The accompanying notes are an integral part of this statement. |
