Amendment made to the Note B10 and the Interim Single Tier Dividend being declared for the Second (2nd) Quarter ended 30 June 2024 by reducing 0.21 sen and 1.16 sen per ordinary shares. Also, amendment made to the declared dividend per share for the preceding year corresponding quarter and period by reducing 0.98 sen and 1.79 sen per ordinary shares.
