In addition to the payment of the first interim single tier dividend of RM0.001 per Share amounting to approximately RM346,112.00 for the financial year ended 31 July 2019 on 30 August 2019, the Directors have recommended a single tier final dividend of RM0.001 per share amounting to approximately RM346,112.00 in respect of the financial year ended 31 July 2019 subject to the shareholders approval in the coming 17th Annual General Meeting.
