On 1 August 2002, Faber Group Berhad ("Faber") announced the change of its financial year-end from 30 June to 31 December. As a result of the change, the financial year for 2002 will end on 31 December 2002. This result for the quarter ended 30 September 2002 is the 5th quarter result for the financial year ending 31 December 2002.
