Remarks :

On 1 August 2002, Faber Group Berhad ("FGB") announced the change of its financial year-end from 30 June to 31 December.
As a result of the change of FGB's financial year-end from 30 June to 31 December, the comparative figures for the preceding financial year corresponding quarter i.e. from 1 January 2002 to 31 March 2002 are not applicable.
The figures for the preceding financial year corresponding quarter i.e. from 1 January 2002 to 31 March 2002 are attached herewith as Appendix I for information only and not for comparison purposes.
