Restatement of Comparative

The Group completed the acquisition of Opus Group Berhad ("OPUS") and Edgenta PROPEL Berhad (formerly known as Projek Penyelenggaraan Lebuhraya Berhad) ("PROPEL") on 29 October 2014.

The Group adopted the pooling-of-interest method of accounting for the acquisition of OPUS & PROPEL for the year ended 2014. Accordingly, the comparative figures for the Group's financial statements have been presented as if the Group Structure immediately after the acquisitions has been existence since the earliest financial year presented.
