| For the current year to date, the gross dividend consist of :- a) An interim gross dividend per share of 35.5 sen attributed to the distribution of net dividend in specie of one (1) Symphony House Berhad share for every seven (7) Bolton shares on 14th April 2004, b) A final dividend of 2.5 sen per share less 28% tax subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
