The preceding year corresponding fourth quarter results reported here differs from the preliminary fourth quarter results per announcement made on 20 June 2002. This was because the preceding fourth quarter results reported here was based on the difference between the 12-month audited results as at 30 April 2002 and 9-month special audit results as at 31 January 2002 presented in the Abridged Prospectus of the Company dated 20 June 2002.

The unaudited fourth quarter report on consolidated income statement dated 20 June 2002 is attached herewith for information purpose only.
