| For the financial year ended 31 December 2013, 1) an interim dividend of 16 sen per share and a special dividend of 20 sen per share under the single-tier system was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 18 July 2013 and subsequently paid on 15 August 2013; and 2) a final single-tier dividend of 16 sen per share will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
