| For the financial year ended 31 December 2014, (1) an interim dividend of 16 sen per share and a special dividend of 20 sen per share under the single-tier system was approved and declared by the Board of Directors on 17 July 2014 and subsequently paid on 14 August 2014; and (2) a final dividend of 18 sen per share under the single-tier system will be recommended for shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
