| We refer to our announcement dated 16 February 2006 in respect of the financial results for the quarter ended 31 December 2005. Bursa Malaysia has via a letter dated 22 February 2006 to all listed issuers, clarified that the net assets per share should be computed on the basis of total equity inclusive of minority interest. Accordingly, the net assets per share for the Group is amended as below in conformance with Bursa Malaysia's definition. |
