This amended announcement is made to correct the typographical errors relating to the amount of the Proposed Dividend and Retained Profits for the year ended 31 March, 2003 as contained in the CONDENSED CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN EQUITY for the 12 months ended 31 March, 2003 which should read as RM3,068,000 instead of RM2,301,000 (for Proposed Dividend) and RM41,753,000 instead of RM42,520,000 (for Retained Profits). |
