Net tangible assets per share decreased to RM3.89 from the preceding year end of RM5.72 due to enlarged issued share capital after the Bonus Issue of one (1) for two (2) as disclosed in item 8 of Notes to the Quarterly Financial Statements 2. A final dividend of 7 sen less 28% tax per RM1.00 stock unit is proposed for stockholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
