Remarks :
This is an amended announcement to supersede the previous announcement made on 31 May 2005. The amendments are as follow:-

(a) The Gross Interest Income for the current year quarter ended 31 March 2005 should be nil.
(b) The Gross Interest Expense for the individual current year quarter ended 31 March 2005 should be RM5,224,000.
(c) The Gross Income Expense for the cumulative current year quarter ended 31 March 2005 should be RM14,958,000.

Apart from the above, there is no amendment to the other part of this quarterly report for the period ended 31 March 2005.
