| Note 28 of the Explanatory Notes to the Accounts should be read as follows:- Dividend The Board of Directors is pleased to recommend a gross final dividend of 9 sen (less 27% tax) and special tax exempt dividend of 6 sen per RM1.00 ordinary share unit in respect of the Company's financial year ended 31 December 2006. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the dividend will be paid on 15 June 2007 to members whose names appear in the Record of Depositors of the Company on 06 June 2007. A Depositor shall qualify for dividend entitlement only in respect of:- (a) Shares transferred into Depositor's Securities Account before 4.00p.m. on 06 June 2007 in respect of ordinary transfer; and (b) Shares deposited into the Depositor's Securities Account before 12.30p.m. on 04 June 2007 (in respect of shares which are exempted from mandatory deposit). (c) Shares bought on the Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad (BMSB) on a cum entitlement basis according to Rules of the BMSB. |
