Item 6 : Dividend
In respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2015, a total of 198,873,071 ordinary shares of Lion Corporation Berhad ("LCB Shares") were distributed by the Company on 30 June 2015 by way of dividend-in specie to the shareholders of the Company, on the basis of 1 LCB Share for every 7 ordinary shares of RM0.50 held in the Company, fractions of LCB Shares being disregarded. |
