Remarks : 
The Board of Directors had on 30 November 2015 recommended a share dividend distribution on the basis of one(1) treasury share for every one hundred (100) ordinary shares of RM1/- each held. The entitlement date and distribution date is on 29 January 2015 and 29 February 2015 respectively.
