Remarks : |
1) The basic earnings per share for the 6 months ended 31 December 2009 has been calculated based on the profit attributable to ordinary equity holders of the parent company of RM42,784,000 (2008:RM26,142,000) and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the period of 665,429,000 shares (2008 :594,343,000 shares) after taking into account the movement of shares bought back by the Company. 2) The fully diluted earnings per share is shown in Note 13(b) to the Unaudited Interim Financial Report - Notes to the Unaudited Financial Report. 3) The net assets per share is calculated based on the Shareholders' Fund (excluding Minority Interests) and the number of ordinary shares in issue after deducting shares bought back by the Company. |
