| 1) The basic earnings per share for the 12 months ended 30 June 2012 has been calculated based on the profit attribute to ordinary equity holders of the Company of RM 12,799,000 (2011: RM 103,034,000) and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the year of 684,181,000 shares (2011: 685,895,000 shares) after taking into account the movement of shares bought back by the Company. 2) The fully diluted earnings per share is not computed as there is no dilutive potential on the ordinary shares during the reporting year. 3) The net assets per share is calculated based on the Shareholders' Fund (excluding non-controlling interests) divided by the number of ordinary shares in issue after deducting shares bought back by the Company. |
