Remarks : |
1) The basic earnings per share for the 9 months period ended 31 March 2014 has been calculated based on the profit attributable to the owners of the Company of RM131,009,000 (2013: RM69,601,000) and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the period of 665,649,000 shares (2013: 679,295,000 shares) net of shares bought back by the Company. 2) The fully diluted earnings per share is not computed as there were no dilutive potential equity instruments in issue that gave diluted effect to the earnings per share. 3) The net assets per share is calculated based on the Shareholders' Fund (excluding non-controlling interests) divided by the number of ordinary shares in issue after deducting shares bought back by the Company. |
