Remarks :
1) The basic earnings per share for the year ended 30 June 2021 has been calculated based on the profit attributable to the owners of the Company of RM245,706,000 (2020: RM14,867,000 profit attributable to the owners of the Company) and the weighted average number of ordinary shares in issue during the period of 663,021,000 shares (2020: 663,013,000 shares) net of shares bought back by the Company. 

2) The fully diluted earnings per share is not computed as there were no dilutive potential equity instruments in issue that gave diluted effect to the earnings per share. 

3) The net assets per share attributable to owners of the Company is computed based on Total Shareholders' Funds (excluding non-controlling interests) divided by the total number of ordinary shares in issue, net of shares bought back.
