Remarks : 
In the previous financial year, the Board of Directors had approved a first and final dividend by way of distribution of treasury stock units as share dividend at the ratio of one (1) treasury stock units for every fifty (50) ordinary stock units of RM1 each and held in E&O in respect of financial year ended 31 March 2015.
