Remarks : 
In the previous financial year, the Board of Directors had approved a first and final dividend by way of distribution of treasury stock units as share dividend at the ratio of one (1) treasury stock unit for every fifty (50) existing ordinary stock units held in E&O in respect of financial year ended 31 March 2018.
