| This announcement is made to amend the previous announcement made on 28 August 2008 under reference number C&-080828-40462. The amendment is to reflect the final tax exempt dividend payment of 8% for the financial year ended 31 December 2007 amounting to RM19,157,508 which was approved by the shareholders in the AGM held on 13 June 2008. The dividend was paid on 18 July 2008 to shareholders who were registered at the close of business on 20 June 2008. |
