Remarks : 
Sime Darby Berhad deconsolidated its Plantation and Property businesses from the Group on 30 November 2017. As such, for the results of the first quarter ended 30 September 2018, a direct year-on-year comparison with the previous period does not represent a like-for-like comparison due to the discontinued operations. Discontinued operations refer to the deconsolidated Plantation and Property businesses. For a like-for-like comparison, the Group's continuing operations which consists of the Industrial, Motors, Logistics and Healthcare businesses should be referred to.

Profit attributable to ordinary equity holders of the Company from continuing operations was RM225 million for the quarter ended 30 September 2018 against RM248 million in the previous period.

The above figures for revenue and profit before tax do not include discontinued operations.
