| No interim dividend is recommended for the current quarter and current year to date under review. The Directors had proposed a first and final dividend of 4 sen per share less income tax at 28% for the year ended 31 December 2002. The proposed dividend has been approved by the shareholders at the 71st Annual General Meeting held on 20 June 2003. The dividend was paid on 20 August 2003. |
