Remarks :
Further to item 6 above, the Board of YTL Corporation Berhad has declared a second interim dividend of 15% or 0.015 sen per ordinary share of 10 sen each for the current quarter ended 31 December 2012. For the six months financial period ended 31 December 2012, a total of 25% or 0.025 sen per ordinary of 10 sen each has been declared.
