| Current year quarter ended 31 March 2013 -A single-tier final dividend of 7.63 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012 was approved by the Shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 28 March 2013. The final dividend totalling to RM92.86 million will be paid or reinvested on 13 May 2013 in respect of the shares registered in the Records of Depositors on 12 April 2013 Current year quarter ended 31 March 2012 -The final dividend of 12.85 sen per ordinary share less Malaysian income tax of 25% and a single-tier dividend of 0.30 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2011 was approved by the Shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 29 March 2012.The final dividend totalling to RM120.27 million was paid on 11 May 2012 in respect of the shares registered in the Records of Depositors on 12 April 2012. |
