| Current year quarter ended 31 March 2014-A single-tier final dividend of 5.78 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2013 was approved by the Shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 20 March 2014. The final dividend amounting to RM78.78 million will be paid or reinvested on 30 April 2014 in respect of the shares registered in the Records of Depositors on 3 April 2014. Current year quarter ended 31 March 2013-A single-tier final dividend of 7.63 sen per ordinary share in respect of the financial year ended 31 December 2012 was approved by the Shareholders at its Annual General Meeting held on 28 March 2013. The final dividend totalling to RM92.86 million in which RM78.93 million was reinvested on 14 May 2013 in respect of the shares registered in the Records of Depositors on 12 April 2013. |
