| The announcement ref. no WT-030226-75910 refers. In relation to Note 11 on "Changes in composition of the group", the date mentioned in the first paragraph should read as 23 October 2002. The paragraph thus reads as follows: "The Company has announced on 23 October 2002, that it’s wholly owned subsidiary, Mayflower Acme Tours Sdn. Bhd. has entered into an agreement to purchase the entire paid-up share capital of Discovery Tours (Sabah) Sdn. Bhd. ("DTS") for a purchase consideration of RM1.47million. DTS has an authorized share capital of RM500,000/- made up of 500,000 ordinary shares of RM1/- and an issued paid-up capital of RM200,000/- ." |
