| 1. The Board of Directors of HUNZPTY had on 22 August 2013 announced the declaration of a special interim dividend of share dividend on the basis of 25 treasury shares for every 1,000 existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company, in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2013. However, as of to date, the Company has yet to announce on the date of book closure, 2. The Board of Directors of HUNZPTY has today proposed a final dividend of RM0.056 per ordinary share, in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2013. This final dividend is subject to shareholders' approval at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
