| For cumulative year to date 30 September 2013, the proposed/declared dividend per share of RM 0.0056 is the final single-tier dividend for the year ended 30 June 2013 approved by the shareholders of the Company on 28 November 2013. In addition, the Company had also on 11 November 2013 paid a special interim dividend of share dividend on the basis of 25 treasury shares for every 1,000 existing ordinary shares of RM1.00 each held in the Company, in respect of the financial year ended 30 June 2013. |
