| 1) The earnings per share and net tangible assets per share for the preceding year corresponding quarter and period have been adjusted for the 49,500,000 bonus shares issued in March 2004 to be in compliance with MASB 13. 2) The proposed final dividend of 5.0 sen per share less tax at 28% (2003 : 5.0 sen per share less tax at 28% is subject to the approval of shareholders at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting. |
